What do you do for Cypress?

Manage a full cycle permanent recruiting desk that specializes in both candidate identification and client development. Professional search positions include: accounting, financial analysis, audit (IT, financial and operations), tax, credit management and accounting support positions. A successful placement is achieved when a firm has a clear understanding of a client's business objectives and the career goals of a perspective candidate.

What is your experience prior to Cypress?

I attended Florida State University and received a bachelor's degree in Finance. I have a post graduate degree from Nova Southeastern University (MBA). My prior experience includes 7 years with Ford Motor Credit Company in finance and credit analysis. I have 10 years of accounting and finance recruiting experience in the Atlanta market. Past recipient of President's club award at a large, national recruiting firm.

What do you do when you're not at Cypress?

Spend time with my family and support my children in activities from skateboarding to travel baseball. We enjoy trips to Florida visiting extended family and vacationing near the ocean.
